Ranji Trophy final: Mumbai vs Saurasthra to be played at Wankhede
While it will be Mumbai's 44th appearance in a Ranji final, it's the first time that Saurashtra has managed to earn a title shot.

The final of Ranji Trophy 2012-13 between Mumbai and Saurasthra will be played at the Wankhede Stadium between January 26 and 30. This after Mumbai booked a shot at the title for the 44th time, defeating Services in New Delhi on Monday.
Mumbai managed to take the first innings lead against Services to ensure a summit clash against Services. This after Shardul Thakur struck early on Monday. While Ajit Agarkar was adjudged the man-of-the-match, the skipper said that the credit for the win should be given to the youngsters. (Read complete match report here) Mumbai will be hoping for the fine form of these youngsters to take them past Saurashtra as well.
For the visitors at Wankhede though, it will be their first chance to claim the Ranji title. This after their 229-run win against Punjab.
The final match will be telecast live and K. Hariharan and O. Nandan will be the field umpires.
