Mumbai:

Former India coach Lalchand Rajput on Saturday presented his credentials to the management of Kolkata Knight Riders IPL franchise at the team-owner Shah Rukh Khan's house here.

Ex-Pakistan team coach Richard Pybus is also scheduled to meet the KKR management, which is on look-out for a new coach to take over the team's reins.

The vacancy has arisen following the franchise outfit's sacking of Australian John Buchanan from the high-profile post after the squad's disastrous outing in IPL II in South Africa earlier this year.
