PCB to send fresh legal notice to ICC
PCB legal advisor said the board is planning to send another notice to the ICC in response to the their letter.

Pakistan Cricket Board's (PCB) legal advisor Tafazzul Rizvi on Monday said the board is planning to send another notice to the ICC in response to the international body's letter where it claims Pakistan remains one of the World Cup hosts despite shifting the matches out of the country.
"I will be consulting our foreign lawyers (United Kingdom-based DFL Piper) and will then prepare and send a notice to the ICC in two or three days time," Rizvi said.
The lawyer claimed the response from the International Cricket Council exposed its double standard mentality.
"If they are admitting that Pakistan is still the joint host of the World Cup then it raises a lot of questions and legal issues," Rizvi, a well known advocate from Lahore said.
"For one, how did the ICC chief executive Haroon Lorgat agree to attend a meeting of the World Cup organising committee in Mumbai without Pakistan being invited to it.
"Why didn't Lorgat raise objection over Pakistan not being invited to the meeting? How did he allow the other three host nations to distribute the matches among themselves without a representative of the PCB being present at the meeting?" he questioned.
While the PCB is mounting a legal battle against the ICC, chairman Ejaz Butt is making diplomatic efforts to keep Pakistan involved in the World Cup.
