The National Cricket Academy, in its first meeting under newly-appointed Chairman Ravi Shastri on Saturday, decided that all contracted players will train at the NCA when they are not on national duty or playing in domestic circuit.
It was also decided to appoint physio, trainer, fielding coach and if possible a fast bowling coach for the Academy which would run for 10 months in a year.
Shastri was appointed after his predecessor Kapil Dev was sacked for aligning with the rebel Indian Cricket League, owned by Essel Group of Subash Chandra.
