"Today, RCA treasurer Sumendra Tiwari today filed a complaint with the Jyoti Nagar Police Station in Jaipur informing them about the attempt by Amin Pathan and his supporters, which also included some anti-social elements, trying to forcefully enter the RCA premises well after the sunset last night," Abdi told PTI on Sunday.  ('Lalit Modi Exit Orchestrated by N. Srinivasan')
"Amin Pathan had approached the local police to allow him to enter the RCA premises, which Jaipur police has refused. A police picket has been set up at RCA premises to prevent any unlawful entry by the Pathan group," deputy president Abdi stated. (Modi Exit Set to Bring Back RCA Into BCCI Fold)
He also said Pathan has now been "suspended by the RCA" and the matter sent to the disciplinary committee of the state association.
"Pathan has been suspended from RCA by a resolution of the association's executive committee due to his misconduct, bringing disrepute to the association and creating ill-will and enmity among the members and also acting contrary to the provisions of the Rajasthan Sports Act. The matter has been referred to disciplinary committee of the RCA."
Abdi also said the "so-called working president was in a confused state of mind while pleading with the cops at the local police station to allow him to enter the RCA premises."
"While pleading at the Jyoti Nagar Police Station praying for support, Pathan did not present himself as the so-called acting president. Strangely, he told the cops that he is the vice-president of the association. But he was Vice-president of RCA till yesterday before his suspension.
"I find his stand quite amusing that he is claiming dual status as an acting president and at the same time telling the cops that he is the vice-president under Mr Lalit Modi. It shows his confused state of mind," Abdi said.
