Mumbai:
The Bombay High Court will hear the petitions filed by the Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab, challenging the decision by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to terminate their contracts.
The BCCI has challenged the stay on the Royals' termination order by arbitrator retired Justice BN Srikrishna.
However, there has been no reprieve for Kings XI as the judge recused himself from the hearing and requested the court to extend the deadline.
Kings XI is now trying to get another arbitrator who can hear its case challenging its expulsion from the IPL.Â
