Johannesburg:

A peeved Andrew Hall has vowed not to play for unsanctioned Indian Cricket League unless he gets his dues paid.

The South African all-rounder is among the several international cricketers, who are still waiting to be fully paid by the ICL.

A disgruntled Hall, who played for the Chandigarh Lions, told the Afrikaans daily Beeld that the ICL people will never see him again in their tournament.

"They will never see me again. I would not set my foot in India for them unless the ICL pays me full in advance for a new contract," Hall said.

Hall was also angry with the fact that he gave up his international career and even a lucrative IPL contract, which was offered to him simultaneously, in favour of the ICL.

FICA, which represents international players, has also said players were angry since they were not being paid while the ICL was spending huge amounts in legal fees to fight its case against the ICC and the BCCI.

Tim May, chief executive of FICA, warned that the ICL would battle to recruit players even if it secures an official recognition.

"With this history and treatment, no player would want to play in the ICL. They (the ICL) will have to win back players' confidence and that is why the outstanding payments should get priority," he said.
