  • Deccan Chargers' 115 is their third lowest total in the IPL, next only to the 100 against Chennai at East London on May 4, 2009 and 110 against Kolkata at Kolkata on April 20, 2008.

  • Adam Gilchrist's runs' tally of 1109 at an average of 29.97 in 38 matches is the highest, overtaking Suresh Raina's tally of 1102 (ave.35.54) in 39 matches.

  • Pragyan Ojha (4-0-26-3) is the top wicket-taker with 12 wickets at 20.16 runs apiece in eight games in the third edition of the IPL. Muttiah Muralitharan has also captured 12 wickets but at an average of 20.75 in nine matches.

  • Ojha's wickets; tally of 41 wickets in 36 matches at 21.31 runs apiece is the second best in the IPL - the highest being the 44 by Rudra Pratap Singh in 36 matches at an average of 23.88.

  • Sachin Tendulkar became the eighth player to complete 900 runs or more in the IPL, aggregating 901 at an average of 37.54 in 28 matches - the highest tally for Mumbai Indians.

  • Herschelle Gibbs (237 at 29.62) Andrew Symonds (232 at 29.00) are the only two players to have amassed 200 runs in the third edition of the IPL for Deccan.

  • Both Adam Gilchrist and Dinesh Karthik share a record for most stumpings (13) in the IPL.

  • Ambati Rayudu's outstanding knock of 55 not out off 29 balls is his fourth fifty in Twenty20. The said innings is his best and the second half-century in the IPL.

  • Kieron Pollard (21 off 10 balls) has posted his highest innings in the IPL.

  • Saurabh Tiwary has batted quite well to aggregate 250 (ave.31.25), including two fifties, in eight matches. His runs' tally is the second highest for Mumbai in the third edition of the IPL behind Tendulkar (349).

  • Both Pollard (2/26) and McLaren (2/28) have registered their best bowling figures in the IPL.

  • Malinga and Zaheer have claimed eleven wickets each and Harbhajan (10).

  • Mumbai Indians became the first side to post seven wins in the 2010 edition of the IPL. With 14 points, they are at the top of the points table.

  • Mumbai Indians became the first team to register five successive victories in the third edition of the IPL.

  • Mumbai Indians' 63-run win is their bigget by runs' margin at home.

  • Deccan Chargers have posted their lowest total against Mumbai Indians in the IPL.
