The visiting England team will play Haryana in its third and final tour game, prior to the start of the Test series against India, a BCCI media release said.
The game will be played from 8 November 2012 to 11 November 2012 at the 'B' ground, Sardar Patel Motera Stadium Complex, Ahmedabad.
There was a lot of speculation as to who will England play in the last of their three tour games. The first of the matches started on Tuesday with England playing India A, including Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Ajinkya Rahane, Manoj Tiwary, among others.
The second match is scheduled for 3-5 November with England's opponent being Mumbai A. The Mumbai squad will be a depleted one as Ajit Agarkar led 'senior' team, including Sachin Tendulkar, Zaheer Khan, Rohit Sharma et al, will be playing Railways from 2-5 November in a Ranji Trophy encounter.
Former England players have already criticised the scheduling with selectors not deciding to play any specialist spinners in the tour games. More reactions will be on their way after this latest announcement.
