Dilshan diagnosed with gall bladder stones

Delhi Daredevils Sri Lankan recruit Tillakaratne Dilshan was diagnosed with stones in his gall bladder after the cricketer was rushed to the hospital on complaint of severe abdominal pain.

However, a team official said that the Lankan batsman does not have any plans to go under the knife immediately and would take a call later.

"He woke up with severe pain around 3 am in the morning. We took him to a hospital where the x-ray revealed stones. But there are on plans to remove the stones now," the official said.

"He has been given some medication as of now. There is nothing much to worry and he is doing fine," he added.

Dilshan has been out of Daredevils scheme of things off late after scoring just 32 runs from the four matches he played for the Delhi outfit this season.
