Australia skipper Michael Clarke said his respect for legends of Indian cricket has not been lost after his team thrashed India at Adelaide to claim a 4-0 win in the Test series.
Clarke, who was declared man of the series for his heroics with the bat, said that he was enjoying the success but he did not wish to assess what went wrong for India. " The team (India) has many greats and there is a lot to learn from many of the players in the opposition camp. I am just happy with the way my team played this summer."
The 30-year-old said that there was a lot to learn from veteran Indian players. "They (VVS Laxman, Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar) have a lot to offer cricket. I hope they continue playing but that is a decision the Indian selectors will have to make, not me."
Australia beat India by 298 runs and Clarke said it was a clear result of the hard-work put in after the Ashes loss.
