Ben Stokes Called up by England for 1st Test vs India
Ben Stokes was one of the few successes in England's humiliating Ashes tour in Australia around the turn of the year but missed the recent two-Test series against Sri Lanka, which England lost 1-0, due to a broken wrist sustained by punching a locker.

England have recalled fit-again all-rounder Ben Stokes to a 13-man squad for the first of five Tests against India starting next week in Nottingham. (India Will Rise to 3rd if They Win 5-0)
Stokes was one of the few successes in England's humiliating Ashes tour in Australia around the turn of the year but missed the recent two-Test series against Sri Lanka, which England lost 1-0, due to a broken wrist sustained by punching a locker.
Otherwise, England selectors have kept faith with the same 12 players that featured in the two Tests against Sri Lanka.
The first Test will be played at Trent Bridge, starting on July 9.
