In a match that went down to a tie-breaker, the Indo-Czech duo scraped through in 93 minutes. The final score read 6-4, 3-6, 12-10.
The victory comes shortly after winning the Indian Wells title. Saturday's final match up will be against the Californian twins Mike and Bob Bryan.
If they win, it would be their second consecutive ATP Masters Series title and their third title from their past four tournaments.
