Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will host Delhi Capitals (DC) in Match 62 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Sunday. Led by captain Faf du Plessis, RCB will head into the crucial game brimming with confidence having won their last four matches on the trot. With 10 points from 12 games, RCB are currently placed seventh in IPL 2024 standings with five wins and seven losses. On the other hand, Delhi Capitals defeated Rajasthan Royals (RR) by 20 runs in their last game to stay in playoffs contention.
Having registered six victories and as many defeats, DC are placed fifth in the standings with 10 points from 12 matches.
Meanwhile, the Capitals will miss the services of their captain Rishabh Pant after he was handed a one-match suspension due to slow over-rate. All-rounder Axar Patel will lead the side in Pant's absence.
