19:50 hrs IST: But who is it going to be? Delhi Daredevils or Royal Challengers Bangalore?
19:45 hrs IST: This match is a virtual knockout between two talented sides.
19:38 hrs IST: Delhi Daredevils (playing XI): Quinton de Kock(w), Rishabh Pant, Karun Nair, Sanju Samson, Sam Billings, Carlos Brathwaite, Chris Morris, Pawan Negi, Amit Mishra, Jayant Yadav, Zaheer Khan(c)
Royal Challengers Bangalore (playing XI): Chris Gayle, Virat Kohli(c), AB de Villiers, Lokesh Rahul(w), Shane Watson, Sachin Baby, Stuart Binny, Chris Jordan, Sreenath Aravind, Iqbal Abdulla, Yuzvendra Chahal
19: 36 hrs IST: Virat, after winning toss, said: "We gonna have a bowl. The surface is pretty hard and looks like a good batting wicket. This is what you play cricket for. The kind of situation we are in and the way things have gone in the last few games, it's been pretty exciting. We back ourselves, focus on what we can do. We have got only one change. Iqbal Abdulla in and Varun Aaron out."
Zaheer, at the toss, said: "Wicket is looking good that's been a general trend in this tournament (talking about winning toss and bowling first). Don't mind batting first here. If we enjoy the moments and absorb pressure, we are hopeful we can do well. The stage is set for that. It's all about handling pressure, looking forward for this game. Everybody has been working hard and just looking to capitalise on the momentum. Two changes for us. Billings and Morris in."
19:34 hrs IST: RCB captain Virat Kohli wins toss, opts to bowl against Zaheer Khan-led DD.ÂÂ
19:32 hrs IST: Welcome all!
© BCCI
It is a make-or-break game for both Zaheer Khan and Virat Kohli. Although it is not the end of the world for either RCB or DD in case they lose, they will be ensuring that the damage done is not too great.
Virat Kohli - RCB's One-Man Demolition Army
Virat Kohli's batting is in a different zone altogether. With 865 runs at an average fo 86.5 with four fifties and a strike rate of 155, Kohli has been clinically demolishing opponents with his strokeply. With Chris Gayle also coming good, RCB is peaking at the right time.
The equation is simple. If RCB win, they will enter the knock-outs. If Sunrisers Hyderabad lose to Kolkata Knight Riders, they will jump to second spot. If they lose to Delhi Daredevils, they will have to hope that KKR does not win against SRH.
Delhi Daredevils - Staying Alive
Karun Nair's unbeaten 83 kept Delhi Daredevils in the hunt for the play-offs. They must win against RCB if they are to secure automatic qualification to the play-offs.
If DD lose, they must ensure that it is not by a massive margin. If KKR lose to SRH, then their path becomes easier.
