New Delhi:

The BCCI selection committee is scheduled to meet on November 5 at the cricket centre in Mumbai to pick the team that will play England in the first Test starting November 15 in Ahmedabad.

The newly formed selection panel, headed by former India cricketer Sandip Patil, is likely to retain most of the team that played New Zealand in the two Test home series in September.

Apart from that, the names that may be up for discussion after their recent performances in the domestic circuit are Yuvraj Singh, Ishant Sharma and Harbhajan Singh.
