# Rahul Dravid's unbeaten knock of 146 is his 35th hundred in Tests. Only three batsmen -- Sachin Tendulkar (51), Jacques Kallis (40) and Ricky Ponting (39) -- have registered more centuries than Dravid.

# Dravid has overtaken the tallies of Sunil Gavaskar (34) and Brian Lara (34). His tally of 21 centuries on foreign soil is bettered only by Sachin Tendulkar (29). (Also Read: Sehwag likely to miss ODIs)

# Dravid and Tendulkar share a record for most hundreds (seven) in India-England Tests.

# Tendulkar has become the first batsman to manage 33,000 international runs -- 33,030 at an average of 49.52 in 635 matches.

# Amit Mishra (43) posted his second highest innings in Tests -- his highest is 50 against Bangladesh at Chittagong in January 2010.

# S Sreesanth posted his 10th duck in Tests -- his second against England.

# VVS Laxman has not performed to the expectations, aggregating 182 in eight innings at an average of 22.75, including two fifties.

# Matt Prior, with 16 dismissals (15 catches + one stumping), has equalled a record for most dismissals in England-India Test series.

# Prior (149 dismissals) is all set to complete 150 dismissals in 47 Tests.

# Virender Sehwag (33) has failed to post a half-century in eight innings -- his last fifty (63) was against South Africa at Centurion in December 2010.

# For the first time in a Test series against India, James Anderson has captured 20 wickets or more -- 21 at an average of 24.80.

# Anderson has bagged 45 wickets (ave.29.24) in 10 Tests against India.

# Rahul Dravid became the third Indian player after Sunil Gavaskar (127 not out against Pakistan at Faisalabad in 1982-83) and Virender Sehwag (201 not out against Sri Lanka at Galle in July/August 2008) to carry his bat through a completed Test innings.

# Dravid has totalled 461 runs at an average of 76.83 in the series -- the highest for India.

# Dravid became the fourth batsmen to post six centuries or more in Tests against England in England -- the other three are two Australians -- Don Bradman (11), Steve Waugh (7) and West Indian, Gordon Greenidge (6).

# Graeme Swann (3/102) produced his best bowling figures against India, bettering the 3 for 122 at Mohali in December 2008.

# Swann has completed 125 wickets (ave.29.08) in 32 Tests under Andrew Strauss' captaincy.

# Swann has completed his 600 wickets in 216 first-class matches -- 601 at an average of 32.17.

# Dravid became the first Indian batsman to post three centuries in a Test series in England twice -- in 2002 and 2011. Don Bradman (1930 and 1938) and Dravid are the only two players to register three or more centuries in a Test series twice against England in England.

# India (300) have recorded their first total of 300 in the present series, bettering the 288 at Trent Bridge.
