Shivlal Yadav appointed Indian team manager for Oz tour

Former India Test cricketer and BCCI Vice President N Shivlal Yadav has been appointed as the manager of the Indian cricket team for its upcoming Test series against Australia 'Down Under'.

Former India Test cricketer and BCCI Vice President N Shivlal Yadav has been appointed as the manager of the Indian cricket team for its upcoming Test series against Australia 'Down Under'.

"We are happy to inform that N Shivlal Yadav, vice president of the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) and BCCI, has been appointed as manager of the Indian team for the Test series in Australia during December 2011-January 2012," HCA said in a release here.

India are scheduled to play four Tests beginning December 26, besides a triangular one-day tournament, also involving Sri Lanka, in Australia.
