Australia registered a three-wicket victory over Bangladesh as they got off the mark in the World Twenty20.

Bangladesh failed to get going in the middle overs with Shuvagata Hom and Mohammad Mithun falling cheaply.
Shakib Al Hasan steadied the ship and he strung a good partnership with Mahmudullah.
Mahmudullah finished the innings brilliantly and he shared a good partnership with Shakib.
Mahmudullah's unbeaten 49 allowed Bangladesh to finish on 156/5.
Usman Khawaja and Shane Watson got the innings off to a flier, with Khawaja scoring his first fifty in Twenty20 internationals
Watson survived a dropped chance off Mustafizur Rahman when Mithun Ali dropped a catch.
Steven Smith and Khawaja got Australia closer to the line.
However, Khawaja fell for 58 and Australia lost a few wickets at the end of the innings.
Maxwell smashed a couple of sixes before he perished towards the end for 26.
James Faulkner got Australia over the line by three wickets as they got off the mark in the World Twenty20.
