New Delhi:

The Indian hockey team won the silver medal at the South Asian Federation Games in Colombo on Friday. Playing arch-rivals Pakistan in the finals, India lost 2-3. India was never in control of the game, conceding the first goal and then playing catch up. Neither country was playing full strength sides since the senior teams are currently preparing for the World Cup in Germany starting next month.
