Troon, Scotland: Todd Hamilton held his nerve to win the 133rd Open Championship at Royal Troon in Scotland on Sunday. The American beat Ernie Els on the last of a four hole play-off after both men had carded scores of ten-under-par after 72 holes. Phil Mickelson finished in sole possession of third place at nine-under-par, while Lee Westwood carded the joint-best round of the day - a four-under-par 67 - to finish on his own in fourth place at six-under.
