Whirlpool joins Kings XI as co-sponsors
Whirlpool joined hand with Kings XI Punjab as the IPL franchise team's official co-sponsors for the coming T20 League season.

Leading home appliance firm Whirlpool of India on Wednesday joined hand with Kings XI Punjab as the IPL franchise team's official co-sponsors for the coming T20 League season.
"The Indian Premier League is the most eagerly anticipated event in the sporting calendar of the sub-continent. It is a huge draw for both national and international cricket fans. We are very excited to be an integral part of the tournament through our association with Kings XI Punjab, which is an excellent platform to connect with our customers," said the companys MD Arvind Uppal through a media release.
KXIP's CEO, Anil Srivatsa, also expressed his happiness over the development and said through the alliance the IPL franchise outfit was planning to bring interesting promotions for the fans.
The company would run a number of promotions during the tournament and as co-sponsors, they will have the logo branded on the teams jerseys.
They would also have significant in-stadia presence during Kings XI Punjab matches in the form of board branding, placards, branding on cheer leader podium and seats in designated stand, the release added.
