In the first picture, there is the 17-year old Kohli who along with other young cricketers, is seen posing with the former India skipper, who is also the fourth highest run-getter in the history of the game. The other picture shows Kohli being interviewed by Dravid during India's tour of Australia in 2014-15.
During that series, which India lost 2-0, it was the first time when Kohli captained India in Tests. Kohli had a remarkable tour, scoring 692 runs at an average of 86.5 with four centuries, including a ton in each innings on his captaincy debut in Adelaide.
The inspirational message with the picture reads:
Moments like these make you feel grateful for where you are. Once I was trying to make eye contact with this legend and then I was interviewed by him while playing test cricket for India. I guess dreams do come true?#?Grateful
Dravid, who was the BCCI's first choice for India's head coach's job, is currently in charge of the India U-19 and 'A' team. Since his appointment, both teams have done well in the past year and a half.
India 'A' defeated Australia 'A' in the finals of the triangular series that also included South Africa 'A' which was held in Chennai. The U-19 team, which had the likes of Sarfaraz Khan, Rishabh Pant, reached the finals of U-19 World Cup in Bangladesh where they lost to a spirited West Indies.
As for Kohli, he stands a good chance of whitewashing the hosts for the first time in the Caribbean. He is in magnificent form, having scored his first double century in Tests to add another highlight in what has been a phenomenal 2016. The inspiration that he has drawn from Dravid will also push many more aspiring cricketers to achieve great heights.
