Tendulkar completes 14,000 Test runs

Master batsman Sachin Tendulkar reached another milestone on Sunday when he went past the score of 14,000 Test runs on Day 2 of the final Test.

Master batsman Sachin Tendulkar reached another milestone on Sunday when he went past the score of 14,000 Test runs on the second day of the final Test against Australia in Bangalore.

Sachin has achieved this feat in 171 Tests at an average of 56.23. He has 48 hundreds and 57 half-centuries to his name.

Australian skipper Ricky Ponting comes closest to his records with 12178 runs in 148 Tests.
