New Delhi:
Despite the allegations of match-fixing surrounding the Pakistan cricket team, South Africa will go ahead with their upcoming tour to the United Arab Emirates to play Pakistan.
Cricket South Africa CEO Gerald Majola said: "The tour of Pakistan is part of the ICC Future Tours' program, which we have to honour, unless instructed otherwise by the International Cricket Council (ICC). As such, the tour will go ahead as planned.
"We will not comment on the scandal itself, as we don't want to compromise any processes currently in place to deal with this matter."
The tour starts from October 27 in Abu Dhabi.
