Sangakkara to make debut as commentator during CL
Sri Lankan captain Kumar Sangakkara will make his debut as a television commentator during the inaugural Champions League, commencing in India.

The 31-year-old cricketer would be seen in the commentary box during all the Samba Lions games as he would share the mike with former players like Sunil Gavaskar, Ravi Shastri, Ian Bishop, Sanjay Manjrekar and Ian Chappell.
The commentary team would also have Harsha Bhogle and former Australian cricketer Mike Haysman.
The 12-team showpiece event would be one of the most widely viewed cricket tournaments as the sports broadcaster ESPN STAR Sports would cater the feeds to more than 160 countries across the world.
The event will also be telecast in over 11 international languages including many leading European languages, a release stated.
"Cricket fans can look forward to a state-of-the-art presentation as we are well prepared to set new benchmarks in the production and telecast of this blockbuster event with many new and innovative initiatives," Manu Sawhney, Managing Director of ESPN STAR Sports said.
As many as 34 cameras would be used during the event by the broadcaster.
