Indian Premier League franchisee Rajasthan Royal's petition against the BCCI's decision to terminate its contract will now come up after Diwali vacation.
The case was listed for hearing before High Court on Friday, but on Thursday, both the parties sought adjournment beyond Diwali vacation, a RR's spokesperson said.
The IPL franchisee has sought a stay to the termination of the contract.
The case will now be heard on November 15.Â
