Former Indian captain Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi's body was moved to his home in the Vasant Vihar locality in New Delhi in the early hours of Friday morning.

Former Indian captain Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi's body was moved to his home in the Vasant Vihar locality in New Delhi in the early hours of Friday morning. (Also see: Pataudi remembered on Twitter)

Pataudi, who died of respiratory ailments on Thursday, was a key figure in Indian cricket and his death comes as a big shock to the entire fraternity. (Also see: The Tiger in pics)

Pataudi's last rites are expected to take place on Friday. Security has been tightened in the area as many well-known faces are expected to pay their tributes to Pataudi.

The body of Pataudi is expected to be moved to his village on Friday morning.
