Indian Premier League to Name Two New Teams Which Will Replace Chennai Super Kings, Rajasthan Royals on December 8
Indian Premier League Governing Council will unveil two new teams, which be a part of the cash-rich league for the next two years.

Two new teams of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will be announced after a meeting of the tournament's governing council (GC) in New Delhi on Tuesday. (IPL Scandal: Chennai Super Kings, Rajasthan Suspended)
"The IPL GC will decide on the two new teams that will play in the IPL for the next two years," said a statement on Sunday.
The meeting will be followed by a press conference which will be presided over by Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) president Shashank Manohar. BCCI secretary Anurag Thakur, IPL chairman Rajeev Shukla and the owners of the two new teams for 2016 and 2017 will attend. (Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals Escape Termination from IPL)
Two-time Indian Premier League champions Chennai Super Kings and inaugural edition winners Rajasthan Royals were suspended, earlier this year, for a period of two years by Justice Lodha, who said the decision will uphold the paramountcy of the game .
