MCA President Sharad Pawar May Contest for BCCI's Chief Post
Although N Srinivasan, the BCCI president in exile, is a strong favourite to win if the Supreme Court permits, Sharad Pawar is known to enter the fray only when he is confident of victory.

Sharad Pawar, the former president of the International Cricket Council, is set to contest for the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) chief's post again. (Also read: Moment of truth for Srinivasan as Supreme Court gets ready to reveal IPL probe report)
The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) president has asked for BCCI nomination forms, it is learnt.
An MCA official said: "Pawar is very keen to contest. We all feel he is the right man to lead the BCCI."
Although N Srinivasan, the BCCI president in exile, is a strong favourite to win if the Supreme Court permits, Pawar is known to enter the fray only when he is confident of victory.
