Pakistan's batsmen enjoyed another run-feast with Younis Khan scoring 100 not out for his 28th century -- fourth in five innings -- while Misbah-ul Haq hit an unbeaten 102 for his third in as many innings.
Opener Ahmed Shehzad made a career best 176 while Azhar Ali scored 87.
Corey Anderson finished with 2-68 for New Zealand while Ish Sodhi took 1-162.
