Pakistan's Misbah-ul-Haq has been fined 15 per cent of his match fee while New Zealand fast bowler Adam Milne received an official reprimand for violating the ICC code of conduct during their second one-day international on Friday.
Pakistan captain Misbah expressed displeasure after TV umpire Joel Wilson upheld on-field umpire Richard Illingworth's caught behind decision off New Zealand fast bowler Matt Henry in the 37th over.
Milne was reprimanded for using an inappropriate word when he dismissed Shahid Afridi in the 41st over after being hit for two successive sixes by the Pakistan all-rounder.
New Zealand won the match by four wickets to level the five-match series 1-1.
