Jharkhand takes first innings lead over JK
A scintillating 89 by Saurav Tiwary helped Jharkhand to take a 76-run first innings lead over Jammu and Kashmir on the 2nd day of Plate Ranji Trophy.

Resuming at overnight score at 23 for two, Jharkhand found themselves in a not-too-comfortable position at 109 for four when Tiwari joined to stitch two 50-plus partnerships, helping his team post 301 all out in their first innings.
Tiwari and Ishant Jaggi (58) put on 58 runs for the fourth wicket and then Tiwari went on to add 89 runs for the fifth wicket with Amir Hashmi.
In his explosive knock, Tiwari despatched 10 fours and a towering six, but missed a well-deserved century after playing across a ball that found him plumb before stumps of Jammu and Kashmir's Pranab Mahajan.
Jaggi's half century was embellished with 10 power packed shots to the boundary.
For J-K, Vijay Sharma, Pranab Mahajan, Sameer Khajuria and Ahmed Nizam bagged two wickets apiece.
At close of play the visitors were eight for no loss with Arshad Bhat (4) and Jawaid Ahmed (4) at the crease.
