ICC should repose more confidence in its members: PCB
The Pakistan Cricket Board said that the ICC should have taken the board into confidence before launching an investigation in the latest reports.

"The PCB is extremely perturbed by the recent allegations of corruption in the 3rd ODI between England and Pakistan," the PCB said in a statement.
"PCB regrets the way these allegations have been handled as being a full member of ICC it only came to know through media that investigations will be conducted by ICC. PCB feels that ICC should repose more confidence in its members," the statement added.
Pakistan cricket was rocked again when the ICC announced that it would be investigating the match played at The Oval after reports emerged that certain scoring patterns in the game were rigged by "illegal betting syndicates in India and Dubai."
Pakistan won the third game of the five-match series by 23 runs and captain, Shahid Afridi in his reaction to the new allegations rubbished them and termed them an attempt to put more pressure on his team.
The board also condemned sensationalising of allegations which it feels are harming cricket in general and Pakistan in particular.
"The ICC has been requested by PCB through its counsel to furnish more details into these allegations," the statement said.
The PCB also reiterated that it maintains a zero tolerance approach towards corruption and will continue to provide all assistance in the investigations.Â
