DDCA apologises, to refund tickets
DDCA on Sunday apologised to the fans after the fifth and final one-dayer between India and Sri Lanka was called off due to poor pitch conditions.

DDCA on Sunday apologised to the fans, present in the stadium and otherwise, after the fifth and final one-dayer between India and Sri Lanka was called off due to poor pitch conditions.
"DDCA regrets the inconvenience caused to all spectators and others. We offer our apologies to them," Arun Jaitely, DDCA President said in a statement.
He also said all gate tickets will be refunded. "All gate tickets will be refunded. A detail announcement in this regard will be made shortly," he said.
The final ODI, which was stopped after 23.3 overs of play, was abandoned due to poor pitch, creating an embarrassing situation for both the BCCI and DDCA.
"The DDCA takes this matter very seriously. We will look into this matter and do all that is required to ensure that such a situation does not re-occur," Jaitely added.
