Bangladesh Skipper Mashrafe Mortaza Suffers Ankle Injury During Practice

Mashrafe Mortaza's career has been plagued by serious injuries over the years.

Bangladesh One-Day captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza injured his ankle during a practice session of Bangladesh Premier League franchise Comilla Victorians on Friday. (Click here for latest Cricket stories)

"It's nothing serious," Mortaza said on Friday, reports bdnews24.com.

His career has been plagued by serious injuries over the years.

His team was practising at Mirpur Academy grounds.

Comilla Victorians will face Dhaka Dynamites on Sunday in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).

"It's just a slight pain... I hope to resume practice from tomorrow," Mashrafe added.
