This one is short of a length and in that channel outside off, takes off a bit too. KL Rahul once again gets into two minds about whether to leave it or play it, and ends up hanging his bat out. The flies off the upper half of the bat and Nathan McSweeney at gully dives low to his front and takes a fantastic catch just inches above the ground. The replay confirms it is a clean catch. 21.1 OUT! LBW! Scott Boland joins the party now! Australia get their third wicket in the last four overs and it has been a dramatic turnaround here just before Dinner. This one is fuller and on middle, shaping in sharply, Shubman Gill gets too much across to play the flick but misses it completely to get hit on the pads right in front of the stumps. There is a huge appeal for LBW, and up goes the finger. Gill has a chat with Pant but walks back. He departs for a well-made 31 off 51 and India have two new batters at the crease now.  81/4

20.1 OUT! TAKEN! STARC GOES BANG BANG! Australia are back in the contest! He gets the big fish, Virat Kohli this time who falls cheaply. Short-of-a-length delivery, just around off, gets some extra bounce on it again. Kohli stays in his crease and just like Rahul gets into two minds. He tries to withdraw his bat at the last moment but is late and the ball catches the outside edge. It flies straight to the second slip where Steven Smith takes a sharp catch. Kohli's reaction says it all, as he departs with a disappointed look on his face, walking back to the pavilion. A good little spell from the Aussies. 32.5 OUT! TAKEN! A smart change of length by the Australian skipper and Rishabh Pant falls as well. Cummins bowls a surprise bumper, around off. It bounces a bit more off the deck and comes quickly on the batter. Rishabh Pant is taken aback by the bounce and pace. He tries to sway away from the line of the ball but just hangs his bat away from the body. Hence, a thick outside edge is found which lobs off the willow and Marnus Labuschagne, from the gully region, runs forward and completes the catch. 44.1 OUT! IN THE AIR AND CAUGHT! Starc wraps this Indian innings with a 6-wicket haul. He bowls from over the stumps and lands it on a good length, just around off. Nitish Kumar Reddy gets forward and looks to go downtown. Goes through the shot but gets no proper timing on it. Nitish's bat twists in his hands and it swirls up in the air. It goes only as far as Travis Head stationed at mid off who takes a very safe catch. He is not dropping those at all. India are bundled out on a paltry 180.  180/10

Starc steams in from 'over the wicket and nails a brilliant inswinging yorker, on middle. Ravichandran Ashwin is not expecting that at all, he steps across early and gets very late to put his bat down in time as the ball crushes his toes. There is a huge appeal for LBW, and up goes the finger. However, Ashwin takes the review here. The replay confirms no bat involved and Ball Tracking comes up with three reds. 43.3 OUT! CAUGHT! Couldn't be simpler than this, could it? Cummins brings the angle closer to the stumps, lands it on off and gets the ball to deviate away from the right-hander. Jasprit Bumrah feels for it and taps his front foot out to push it straight down the ground. Plays inside the line and the ball catches the outside edge, and carries straight to Usman Khawaja at first slip. He bends low and takes a fine catch between his legs. 11 OUT! EDGED AND GONE! Who else, it is that man Jasprit Bumrah once again who gets the breakthrough for India. He sets up the batter perfectly here. He angled it in on the previous two balls, but this time gets it to nip away from back of a length and on the fifth stump line. Usman Khawaja is not expecting that, and opens his body, and has a poke at it without moving his feet. Gets an outside edge straight to Rohit Sharma at first slip who makes no mistake. Australia lose their first! Australia are 24/1, trailing by 156 runs.  24/1

36.1 OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Bumrah again opens the door for India! Nathan McSweeney's hard resistance comes to an end and Australia lose their second wicket. Bumrah continues and steams in from over the stumps, uses the crease to his benefit and bowls it from a bit wide angle and slants it on the off-pole, on a hard length. Nathan McSweeney is drawn forward to defend it out, but the ball kisses the surface and just nips away and bounces a bit more. Hence, McSweeney plays inside the line and a healthy outside edge is found. Rishabh Pant does the rest behind the wickets by taking a regulation catch. Bumrah gets his second and McSweeney departs for 39 off 109 balls. Australia trail by 89 runs.  91/2

54.3 OUT! TAKEN! Nitish Kumar Reddy gets a big wicket here! India finally gets the breakthrough that they were craving for here. This is short of a length and outside off, Marnus Labuschagne decides to take it on. He frees his arms and tries to steer it away which got him a few boundaries in this session. However, this time the extra bounce catches the outside edge and it flies straight towards gully. Yashasvi Jaiswal shows quick reflexes to move to his right and take a fine catch. Marnus Labuschagne walks back after a gritty 64 off 126 and the 65-run stand has been broken here.  168/4

40.1 OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Strangled down the leg side! Jasprit Bumrah gets his third but it is a horrible way to get out for Steven Smith. This is on good length and angling down the leg side, Smith looks to flick it away but only manages to nick it behind. Rishabh Pant reacts well and dives to his left to take a sharp catch. Smith shakes his head in disappointment but his lean patch continues and Australia are three down now. Australia trail by 77 more runs.  103/3

81.4 OUT! KNOCKED HIM OVER! India finally gets the breakthrough and Siraj has the last laugh. Travis Head departs on a blistering 140. Mohammed Siraj steams in from over the stumps and fires in a yorker with pin-point accuracy, right under the base of the middle and leg stumps. Travis Head is a bit late to bring his bat down to squeeze it out and the ball just crashes into the sticks in a flash. Siraj is all pumped up and there's also some heated exchange of words between Siraj and Head. Head walks back to the pavilion but soaks in all the admiration from the crowd at the Adelaide Oval. Australia lose their 7th wicket, ahead by 130 runs.  310/7

63.4 OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Ravichandran Ashwin strikes! Mitchell Marsh was struggling against the spinner and finally perished. This is slower through the air, full and on off, goes straight, Marsh plays for the turn in and prods forward to block. The ball takes the slightest of outside edges behind where Rishabh Pant grabs it well. There is a slight appeal, and Marsh starts to walk back. The umpire raises the finger after seeing it. Australia loses half their side now! However, had Marsh reviewed it, he could've been saved as the UltraEdge later popped up and showed that there was no edge off the bat. Marsh probably thought he nicked it and started to walk away. Also, it was a half-hearted appeal from both the bowler and the keeper, but the scorecard will show bowled by Ashwin and caught by Pant.  208/5

77 OUT! EDGED AND GONE! A wicket against the run of play and Mohammed Siraj strikes here! He lands this back of a length and in that channel outside off, holds its line. Alex Carey hops up to punch it away with his feet going nowhere with the ball getting that extra bounce. He gets a thin outside edge behind where Rishabh Pant makes no mistake. Jasprit Bumrah fires in another yorker, massively curving back into the batter, around off, Pat Cummins brings his bat in front to push it away to the off side but plays over the line. The ball catches the inside edge and hits his front pad on the way to the stumps. The umpires want to have a check for a fair delivery, and it is one as Bumrah has got some part of his feet behind the line. Australia lose their 8th wicket as Cummins departs on 12. Siraj starts from around the stumps and lands it full in length, just outside off, Mitchell Starc plays a loose stroke as he looks to loft it over mid off. But gets no real timing on it as the bat twists in his hands. It connects the toe-end and just chips in the air, straight towards Harshit Rana stationed at mid off. Rana takes a good catch at his face level and Australia are 9 down now.  332/9

87.3 OUT! CASTLED! Siraj gets his fourth wicket and wraps up this Australian innings! Siraj stays over the stumps and lands it on a good length, around off and just holds its line. Scott Boland plays at it to work it on the off side but swings inside the line of the ball. It zips past the outside edge and disturbs the off-pole in a flash. Australia end their innings at 337, with a lead of 157 runs.  337/10

8.1 OUT! EDGED AND TAKEN! Scott Boland strikes first ball and India are two wickets down now! He steams in from over the stumps and bashes the hard length, just outside off. It seams and holds its line quite a bit and skids through the surface. Yashasvi Jaiswal gets squared up for room and plays inside the line of the ball, hanging his bat away from the body. Hence a thick healthy outside edge is found. It carries straight back to the wicket-keeper where Alex Carey takes a regulation grab. 3.5 OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Pat Cummins draws first blood! He steams in from 'over the wicket and bangs in a sharp bouncer, on middle, shoots up a bit too, and angles into the body of the batter. KL Rahul moves across to pull it away but gets cramped up and the extra bounce means he can only glove it behind where Alex Carey makes no mistake and takes a good catch. India are rocked early once again as the Aussie skipper removes Rahul! India are 12/1, trailing by 145 runs.  12/1

17.2 OUT! BOWLED'EM! Mitchell Starc, you beauty! That is absolutely special from the big Aussie and he just keeps picking up wickets with the pink ball. He steams in from around the wicket and serves this full and on middle, gets it to swing in very late. Shubman Gill gets stuck in his crease and tries to drive it down the ground but gets completely beaten by the late inward movement. The ball sneaks through the gap between bat and pad to shatter the stumps. Gill departs for 28 off 30 and Australia are on top here!  86/4

14.3 OUT! EDGED AND GONE! Scott Boland gets a massive wicket here! Virat Kohli fails to make an impact in this game. This is on a good length and on the fifth stump line, holds its line nicely. Kohli strides out to play at it but his bat hits his back pad and he plays inside the line of it. He gets a thin outside behind where Alex Carey dives to his right to take a fine catch. Boland does everything right on the delivery and gets the reward. Bowls it right in Kohli's vulnerable zone. A huge, huge blow for the tourists as Kohli falls for 11 off 21. A disappointed look wears on his face as he takes a very slow walk to the dressing room. 100 at Perth and two low scores here in Adelaide. India are three down now, trailing by 91 more runs.  66/3

25 OUT! EDGED AND TAKEN! Starc doing Starc things and India lose their 6th wicket. Starc storms in from over the stumps and changes his length, bowls it full and gets a good movement off the deck. It lands and curves a shy bit away from the batter, around off. Rishabh Pant gets on the front foot to push it away with a straight bat. Ends up playing inside the line as the ball leaves him with the angle. A healthy outside edge is found and it carries towards the second slip. Steven Smith from third slip moves to his right and takes a sharp catch ahead of Usman Khawaja. A big wicket for Australia, and probably India's hopes vanish with this wicket.  128/6

20.5 OUT! CLEANED HIM UP! Cummins brings himself into the attack and strikes gold! India is in all sorts of trouble now as the Aussie skipper removes the opposition skipper. Pat Cummins steams in from over the stumps. Bowls a fractionally fuller-length delivery, angling straight on the off-pole. It lands and just straightens off the deck. Rohit Sharma is a bit late to bring his bat down in time and the ball zips past his bat to hit the top of off. Rohit Sharma, with his head pointing towards the ground, walks back to the dressing room. India lose half of their side now, still trailing by 52 more runs.  105/5

35.2 OUT! CAUGHT! Straight down the throat of the fielder and Pat Cummins gets a five-wicket haul and he has been superb in this first session on Day 3. Cummins slips in another short-pitched delivery, on off and just slants it across the right-hander. Nitish Kumar Reddy arches back and looks for the ramp shot but ends up hitting it down to the fielder at deep third and Nathan McSweeney makes no mistake, excellent field placement and Reddy's battle comes to an end.  166/9

29.4 OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Cummins's plan has worked and India lose their 7th wicket! Pat Cummins keeps going after the short ball and gets this one bang on. This is bowled at an optimum height, right around the front shoulder and forces Ravichandran Ashwin to take it on. Ashwin gets in an awkward position looking to hook and ends up loving it behind. Alex Carey starts to move down the leg side but the ball just swerves away and Carey does well to adjust and pouch it safely. India still trail by 9 runs.  148/7

33.3 OUT! CAUGHT! Pat Cummins is using that short ball to brilliant effect and picks up his 4th wicket as India still trail by 4 runs and are now 8 down. Cummins stays around the wicket and serves another awkward bumper, hammering it on middle and and slanting it across. Harshit Rana gets caught on the crease looking to fend and gets a top edge towards the gully region where Usman Khawaja takes a simple catch and it will be a pair for Rana in this Test match.  153/8

36.5 OUT! TAKEN! Scott Boland picks up the final wicket of Mohammed Siraj and look who takes the catch - Travis Head and the crowd erupts as well. Boland just serves this one on a hard length over middle, Siraj backs away looking to swing across the line but ends up skewing it high up over mid on. Head over there backtracks well and settles under it to take a fine catch and unlike return gifts, Head does not give a return sendoff to Siraj. India are bundled out for 175 in their second innings and Australia need 19 runs to square the series.  175/10
