On a three-match losing streak, Bangladesh will hope to get back to winning ways. Their start in the Asia Cup twenty20 has been a mixed bag. Poor death bowling and sloppy fielding cost them the match against India on Wednesday. The hosts can ill afford to take UAE lightly as the shortest format leaves very little scope for blunders.
UAE can be tough customers. Their bowlers did well to contain a strong Sri Lankan batting line-up to under 130 on Thursday. It needed a super effort from Lasith Malinga to avoid an upset. A team that has beaten Ireland and Afghanistan in recent times will look Bangladesh in the eye for sure.

Like they did against India, Bangladesh will be inclined to roll out a green-top against UAE. Aware of the fact that UAE doesn't have someone like a Rohit Sharma or a Hardik Pandya, a good start from the Bangladesh pacers will give them the right start.
UAE have the bowlers too. Pacers Mohammed Naveed, Amjad Javed and Mohammed Shahzad picked seven Lankan wickets among themselves and can do damage with the new ball. Bangladesh must bat well and treat UAE with respect.
