India vs West Indies: Dhoni, Sachin to miss opening three ODIs
Captain MS Dhoni and senior batsman Sachin Tendulkar were given the much needed rest as selectors have appointed Virender Sehwag captain of the 15-member squad for the first three ODIs against West Indies.

Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and senior batsman Sachin Tendulkar were given the much needed rest as selectors have appointed Virender Sehwag captain of the 15-member squad for the first three ODIs against West Indies.
Another senior player Yuvraj Singh was also not in the squad as he has informed the Board that he is not fully fit, a media release issued by the BCCI stated.
Out-of-form off-spinner Harbhajan Singh was once again ignored by the selection committee.
The first match of the ODI series will be played in Cuttack on November 29 - while Visakhapatnam (Dec 2), Ahmedabad (Dec 5), Indore (Dec 8) and Chennai (Dec 11) will host rest of the matches.
