Sania enters Hobart International quarters

Sania Mirza beat Italian Romina Oprandi 6-7 (2), 6-3, 6-0 to move into the quarter-finals of the Hobart International Tennis tournament on Tuesday.

Sania Mirza came from a set down to beat Italian Romina Oprandi 6-7 (2), 6-3, 6-0 to move into the quarter-finals of the Hobart International Tennis tournament on Tuesday. The Hyderabai will take on her doubles partner Alicia Molik in the quarter-finals. Molik is at present ranked 165th. Sania, ranked 65th in the world, had ousted World No 29 Maria Kirlenko of Russia in the first round on Monday.
