Karan Rastogi booked his place in the semi-final of the Osaka Mayor's Cup tennis tournament being played in Japan.

New Delhi: Karan Rastogi booked his place in the semi-final of the Osaka Mayor's Cup tennis tournament being played in Japan by defeating Woong Sun Jun of South Korea 2-6, 6-3, 6-3. The fourth seed Indian, who became the only player after Leander Paes to make it to the final four in a Grade 'A' event, will now face Australian Open junior champion Marcos Bhagdatis of Cyprus. In the doubles event, the second seed Indian pair of Divij Sharan and Arun Prakash defeated Weerapat Doakmaiklee and Kirati Siributwong of Thailand 6-4, 6-3 to reach the finals. (PTI)
