Paradorn wins Nottingham Open

Top seeded Paradorn Srichaphan of Thailand rallied to beat Sweden's Thomas Johansson 1-6, 7-6 (7/4), 6-3 today and claim his first title of the year.
Paradorn took 1 hour and 53 minutes to overcome the 2002 Australian Open champion and capture his fifth career title.
He was playing in his second final of the year, after finishing as runner-up at Chennai.
Paradorn reached the fourth round at Wimbledon last year for his best showing there in five appearances.
The win at Nottingham gives him his first title on grass.
Paradorn won his four previous titles at Long Island (2002-03), Stockholm (2002) and Chennai (2003). (AP)
