Shane Warne wants to see all cricket boards take a six-week break and release their players for the Indian Premier League.

"I really believe the tournament is good for cricket. It breaks down the barriers between the players when you get to line up alongside people from other countries. Although the downside is that nobody seems to sledge any more!

Having said that, I think it's important that India - which has become the centre of world cricket - uses her power responsibly.

We don't want the smaller nations to be trampled over in the search for more revenue."
