Shah Rukh arrives in Kochi for IPL match

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who arrived in Kochi on Thursday morning, said he is excited to be back in the city after a long gap.

"I am glad, thrilled and excited to be back in Kerala after a long gap. Now the place looks even more beautiful. I am happy that I can meet players like Sreesanth, Brendon McCullum, Brad Hodge and others," he told reporters.

SRK is in town to cheer his Indian Premier League team Kolkata Knight Riders who take on Kochi Tuskers on Thursday. He got a warm welcome from his fans, who had gathered at the international airport, and cops found it difficult to escort him to the car.

Before stepping into his car, King Khan obliged his fans by waving to them and blowing them flying kisses.
