While the pace of the Indian Premier League has offered less respite for the players, Kochi Tuskers Kerala's oversees players Owais Shah and Muttiah Muralitharan took some time out for a noble cause. The two pledged to donate their eyes, as they visited an eye bank in Chennai.
The Kochi team which was in Chennai for Wednesday's encounter against the Chennai Super Kings have already been knocked out at the league stage. Former greats Vijay Amritraj, Sunil Gavaskar and VVS Laxman had earlier pledged to donate their eyes in this same eye bank in Chennai.
