Rajasthan Cricket Association secretary Sanjay Dixit, who hit the headlines after a feud with Rajasthan Royals captain Shane Warne, is now locked in a war of words with sacked IPL Commissioner and old foe Lalit Modi on social networking site Twitter.
The trigger was one of Modi's tweet in which he ridiculed Warne's spat with Dixit over the pitch in Jaipur, saying, "@sanjay_dixit gets enough publicity by messing with legends."
"A quick way up the ladder in BCCI, is to publicly defame @LalitKModi and everyone he knows, don't believe me ask @sanjay_dixit.
"@Sanjay_Dixit FYI, @LalitKModi changed Rajasthan cricket, the way SMS looks, he created the IPL, unlocked value of the BCCI," said a couple of other tweets by Modi, who is currently in London and facing investigations for alleged financial irregularities in running the IPL in the first three seasons.
