Indian hockey players get Rs 1 crore

Sticking to his words, Indian Olympic Association President Suresh Kalmadi distributed Rs 1 crore between India hockey players and support staff in Pune.
Assuring more money to the players, cheques were distributed to all players in the camp at Balewadi stadium.
Kalmadi had played a peacebroker between the players and Hockey India, game's interim governing body after the players had boycotted the World Cup training camp while demanding for the payment of their dues and incentives.
