NASCAR driver Kyle Busch pleaded guilty to improper driving and was fined $150 on Tuesday. Busch was ticketed on April 12 in suburban Richmond for reckless driving after he pulled out of a gas station and into a fast-food restaurant. He has said he "chirped" his tires but didn't exceed 10 mph. Under the misdemeanour reckless driving charge, Busch could have received up to one year in jail, a $2,500 fine and a driver's license suspension. The plea was entered in Henrico General District Traffic Court, and Busch also had to pay $61 in court costs. (AP)
