Oberhaching:

Paraguayan defender Delio Toledo has not recovered from a left leg injury suffered in the loss to England. He will almost certainly miss the next World Cup match against Sweden on Thursday, team doctor Osvaldo Pangrazio said. The nature of Toledo's injury has not been determined yet. "I do not think he will be able to play against Sweden," Pangrazio said. However, Pangrazio said Bayern Munich striker Roque Santa Cruz is fully recovered from tendinitis in his left leg and will start against the Swedes. Toledo, who plays for Zaragoza of Spain, was forced out of Saturday's 1-0 defeat against England in the 82nd minute, and did not appear at Sunday's training. Pangrazio said Santa Cruz, who was questionable until just before the England match, suffered no ill effects after playing all 90 minutes Saturday. (AP)
