Liverpool:
Luis Suarez's first goal in more than two months gave Liverpool a 1-0 win over Queens Park Rangers on Saturday, ending a run of four successive draws at Anfield in the Premier League.
The Uruguay striker was left unmarked in the six-yard box to head in Charlie Adam's cross in the 47th minute to take Liverpool up one spot to sixth. Suarez last scored in the league on Oct. 1.
Suarez received his second Football Association misconduct charge of the season earlier in week for allegedly making an offensive gesture to Fulham fans. He is also the subject of a racism charge involving Manchester United defender Patrice Evra.
QPR dropped a spot to 13th, five points above the relegation zone.
